I see a lot of different scheduling tools. What is your favorite and why?
Some people like to use paper planners while others cant's live without their palm pilot. Some use large blotters on their desk or dry erase boards to write a simple note or a "do not forget". Send us your comment about your favorite scheduling tools we would like to hear them!

I love printing out my schedule using Microsoft Outlook because it's completely customizable. You can add a task list, Notes section, etc. There are various formatting options. I don't spend a ton of money on a planner I might not use and I get to make it look exactly how I want it to.

Calendar: Moleskin Weekly (appointment written in pencil).
Tasks: Vitalist (check/add up tasks on the run from my T-Mobile Sidekick II)
Contacts: T-Mobile Sidekick II contact application (I make a printout every 3-4 months for backup)

My very favorite planner is my phone calendar. It's so small and convenient and I carry it everywhere, so I always know where my planner is. I can write notes about an event, such as an address. One of the best features is the alarm that I can set 15 minutes or a half hour prior to an event. I'll never miss the dentist again!
