The other day I was sifting through Google Apps looking for something that could help me put together some gantt charts. I found and quickly fell in love with a solution at smartsheet.com. For free you can make a nice gantt chart with dependencies on selected tasks. The full version lets you assign tasks with notifications and a wealth of other features. If your project calendar is a mess, give smartsheet.com a try. I think you'll enjoy it.
