Would you believe that you could unearth treasures in your own home or office? Is it possible you have been missing something and didn't even know it? Some of the most common items we find organizing homes and offices are gift certificates, gift cards and sometimes important documents. It may seem like a daunting task but it's possible that you too may just find something valuable. Have fun and let me know if you find something you been looking for!

I had a real estate client of mine find over $16,000 in uncashed checks when we went through her office. Unearthing from the piles of paper can definitely be "rewarding".

I was visiting a friend who used OWS to help her stage her home and move. I asked if she found anything interesting and she replied that Karli found a total of $200 tucked into various bank envelopes that she completely forgot about. They celebrated that night with a really nice dinner out with change to spare.
